Product Details
This 99% Alumina Tapered Crucible with Top Flange is manufactured from high-purity 99% corundum ceramic.
With a tapered frustum body (upper diameter wider than the bottom) and an outward-protruding top flange rim, the flanged edge can be securely clamped or hung inside tube furnaces and TGA equipment to prevent slipping.
It resists continuous high temperatures up to 1600°C, is outstanding against acid, alkali, and molten salt corrosion, and is non-contaminating for test samples. Smooth dense inner surface is easy to clean and reusable.
Perfect for thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA), sample calcination, sintering and high-temperature ashing test in laboratory furnaces.

Shipping & Customs
Your order may require payment of import duties or other customs clearance fees. Please check the notifications from the logistics company or relevant parties and complete the payment in time to prevent the shipment from being returned.
Frequently Asked Questions
Due to the thermal expansion properties of the alumina material, heating or cooling too rapidly can cause thermal shock and lead to cracking. To extend the product life, it is recommended to warm up and cool down as slowly as possible, avoiding direct exposure to temperature extremes.
