In-stock items: Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.

Customized or specialty products: May require additional processing time—details will be provided after discussing.

4. Restricted Items

Some products may be subject to transport restrictions (e.g., hazardous materials or regulatory controls). If your order includes such items, we will notify you before processing.

5. Delivery Time Frames & Non-Delivery
