1. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Incorrect Product Received:

If you receive the wrong product model or specification.

· Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a defect due to manufacturing (non-human damage).

· Unopened & Resalable Items: Only standard parts in unopened, original packaging and resalable condition will be accepted.

Return Process Requirements:

Pre-Approval Required:

Contact us before returning any goods to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN). Returns without a valid GRN will not be accepted.

  • Packaging Retention: Keep all original packaging for inspection.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking charge may apply if we accept the return.

Time frame for Returns:

  • Claims must be submitted. Claims must be filed within 7 business days after delivery..

2. Warranty & Claims

We take great care in manufacturing and packaging, and all items are inspected before shipment. If you encounter any issues, please notify us in writing within the specified timeframe:

  • Short Delivery, Incorrect Material, or Defective Quality: Claims must be filed within 7 business days of delivery.
  • Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to either a free replacement or a credit for the invoice value of the goods.

Exclusions:

  • We do not accept responsibility for customer ordering errors. Credit for returned items is at our discretion.

3. General Notes

  • Always retain original packaging for inspection.
  • Follow the return instructions provided after GRN issuance.
