Product Details
This cordierite pizza baking pan is made of premium cordierite ceramic, featuring high density and excellent heat storage capacity. Free from heavy metals and hazardous substances such as cadmium and lead, it is safe for food-contact applications. Designed to withstand extreme temperatures up to 900°C / 1650°F, it ensures stable and even heat distribution during baking, delivering crispy crusts and enhanced flavor.
The unglazed surface allows natural far-infrared radiation during heating, helping moisture evaporate evenly while maintaining internal softness, making pizzas, flatbreads, and baked foods more aromatic and crisp.
With a double-sided structure, one side is flat for direct baking. In contrast, the other side features a heat-storage ring to improve heat retention and stability, making it especially suitable for open-flame and high-temperature baking environments.
The cordierite ceramic body offers excellent refractory performance of at least 800°C, and demonstrates outstanding thermal shock resistance, capable of withstanding rapid temperature changes such as immersion in cold water after heating to 800°C without cracking.
