The Zirconia Full Ceramic Ball Bearing is a high-performance bearing engineered for precision, durability, and chemical resistance. It is manufactured with Zirconia (ZrO₂) inner and outer rings and ZrO₂ ceramic balls, combined with a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) cage for smooth and stable operation, delivering superior performance compared to traditional steel bearings, especially in demanding environments.
Compared with conventional bearing steel, zirconia ceramic bearings perform significantly better in chemically aggressive and electrically sensitive environments.
