Product Properties
Product Details
The 45/20 U-Type ceramic nozzle assembly is a complete nozzle-and-pin set used in water-jet loom equipment. During loom operation, the assembly directs and concentrates the pressurized water jet that carries the weft yarn through the warp shed.
The product consists of a stainless steel nozzle body, a ceramic working component and a removable nozzle pin. The ceramic section provides a hard, smooth and wear-resistant surface, helping maintain stable water-flow performance during continuous operation. The stainless steel structure provides mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and reliable support for installation in the loom.
The nozzle pin is installed in the nozzle body via a threaded connection and can be removed for inspection, cleaning, or replacement. This detachable structure makes routine maintenance more convenient and helps prevent accumulated impurities from affecting water-jet performance.
The assembly is supplied as a complete matched set for compatible water jet loom systems. Before ordering, the product specification, installation structure and original component appearance should be checked to ensure compatibility.
Typical Applications
• Water jet loom weft-insertion systems
• Textile weaving machinery
• Water jet loom nozzle replacement
• Loom maintenance and repair
• High-speed fabric weaving equipment

Yes. We offer CNC machining, ceramic injection molding, cold isostatic pressing, hot pressing, dry pressing and casting to produce non-standard parts based on your drawings or samples.
Different products have different MOQ, if you have mass production in future, we can discuss MOQ again to meet your requirement.
Our products meet ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949 standards. Material COA (Certificate of Analysis) and mechanical test reports (e.g., hardness, density, flexural strength) are available.
Standard tolerance is ISO2768-M. Precision machining can reach ±0.001mm (depending on material and design).
Standard parts: 1-7 days; Custom parts: 30-60 days (complex designs require additional evaluation).
We use two or three layer protection: shock-absorbing foam + reinforced cartons or shock-absorbing foam + individual blister boxes + reinforced cartons. Fragile labels are applied for delicate parts.
Yes. Provide your application conditions (temperature/medium/pressure/load), and our engineers will recommend the optimal material solution.
Report the issue within 7 days with photos/videos. Verified defects will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
