Product Details
Ceramic hot surface igniters for pellet boilers only need approx. 1/10 of the energy needed by hot air fans and ignition blowers. Their ignition capacity lies between 120 and 350 W. Depending on the positioning of the ignition element in the boiler, the ignition time of approx 60 seconds is extremely short. This also means minimal emissions.

Frequently Asked Questions
A ceramic igniter is used to generate heat to ignite wood pellets during the startup process of a pellet stove or pellet burner. It helps provide reliable and consistent ignition for the fuel.
Alumina ceramic provides good electrical insulation and thermal stability, allowing the igniter to operate reliably at elevated temperatures during repeated pellet stove ignition cycles.
The detachable holder is used to support and position the ceramic heating tube during installation. Its detachable design can also make replacement and maintenance more convenient, depending on the stove configuration.
Compatibility should be confirmed based on the igniter tube dimensions, installation structure, electrical specifications, and mounting position of the pellet stove. Please provide the original igniter dimensions or equipment model before ordering.
Yes. It can be used as a replacement component when its dimensions, electrical specifications, and mounting configuration match the original igniter. Custom dimensions and configurations can also be discussed for specific replacement requirements.
Yes. The ceramic tube dimensions, holder configuration, lead wire arrangement, and other specifications can be customized according to customer drawings, original samples, or specific pellet stove requirements.
